The South Plainfield Public Library is excited to announce our
2020 Summer Reading Program! Due to the current circumstances the program may look a little different this year, but the spirit will remain the same. Babies, toddlers, children, tweens, teens and adults are all invited to sign up and participate.
This year we will be using
ReadSquared to help keep track of everyone's progress. Participants will register online to create a username and password so they (or their parent/guardian) can log in and let us know what they have been reading!
As usual, we will be offering the option to take part in either our picture book (read to me) or chapter book (independent readers) program in order to earn small prizes each week. Participants will also have the opportunity to earn additional prizes based on the amount of reading they complete over the course of the program.
Please note that ALL reading materials may be counted, including audiobooks, e-books, magazines, comic books & graphic novels!
Registration will begin on MONDAY JUNE 22nd and titles may be logged until FRIDAY AUGUST 28th.
